Given the large amount of detail and legislation involved, it is often difficult for those not experienced in such matters to effectively participate in the planning system, whether this involves applying for planning permission, objecting to planning permission being granted, seeking to have lands rezoned for development, or preparing a detailed response to a Draft Development Plan or Local Area Plan. Mark Rave Associates can act directly for members of the public who wish to engage in the planning system but often, our services are called upon by other professionals such as architects, engineers and solicitors, who have a certain knowledge of the planning system but may on occasion require the specific expertise that only a planning consultant can provide.
