Mark Rave B.A. (Hons), M.R.U.P. holds a Masters Degree in Regional and Urban Planning from University College Dublin.

Before setting up his own practice, Mark Rave was employed in a number of well-respected Planning Consultancies where he gained valuable experience on a variety of projects.

Mark Rave has worked in the planning and development field for over 10 years and in that time has worked exclusively for the private sector.

Mark Rave has gained considerable expertise in a wide range of planning issues in respect of projects as diverse as one-off housing to toxic waste incinerators and in his career to date, has dealt with the Planning Department of every County Council in Ireland.

Mark Rave has prepared in excess of 150 Planning Appeals and Planning Observations to An Bord Pleanála and has represented clients in more than 10 Oral Hearings into large infrastructural projects before An Bord Pleanála.

Mark Rave has also undertaken specialist research and provided expert opinion in respect of a number of Legal Cases. He has developed many contacts in the legal field and has worked in the past with acknowledged experts in this area.
